Torres Vedras · since 2023
Indian & Nepali cooking, served the cozy way
A husband-and-wife kitchen bringing Himalayan momo, tandoor grills and slow-simmered curries to the heart of Torres Vedras.

Cooked to order
Copper karahi, fresh coriander, slow-toasted spice
Every curry leaves our pass in a hammered copper karahi: onions caramelised low, whole spices toasted the same morning, cream folded in at the last moment. It is the plate our guests photograph most — and the one we are proudest of.

A small dining room with a big heart
Cozy Restaurant opened in 2023 when a couple from Nepal decided Torres Vedras deserved the food they grew up with. Everything is cooked to order: spices toasted in-house, momo folded by hand, breads pulled straight from the tandoor.
Eleven tables, two of them just for two, four more on the terrace when the evenings are warm — and always a table kept ready for people who booked ahead.
